Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Sven Schick · Inspired Advisory
Fischerstraße 20/1, 72401 Haigerloch-Owingen, Germany
Email: sven@inspired-group.net
No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.
2. Overview
This website uses as little data as possible. Without your consent, no content is loaded from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are hosted on my own web space. There are no social media plugins and no embedded videos or maps. The only exception is Google Analytics, which is loaded only if you expressly consent.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. The servers are located in Germany.
When you visit the website, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). STRATO deletes or anonymises the log files after a short period.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
5. Contact form, email and WhatsApp
If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process your details (name, email address, message and, optionally, company and phone number) in order to respond to your enquiry. The form data is transmitted to the server in encrypted form and forwarded to me by email. It is not stored in a database on the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). I delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for processing your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.
An invisible check field is used to protect against spam. No external captcha service is used.
WhatsApp. You can also contact me via WhatsApp. The link on this website is a simple link to wa.me; no data is transferred to WhatsApp before you click it. A pre-filled message is only sent if you send it yourself. If you message me via WhatsApp, I process your phone number, profile name and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry (legal bases as above). The service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp also processes communication metadata under its own responsibility; a transfer to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA is possible. Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). For details, please see WhatsApp's privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please use the contact form or email.
6. Consent management (cookie banner)
Your choice in the privacy banner is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the name “ia-consent”, so that the banner does not reappear on every page visit. This storage is strictly necessary (Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (c) and (f) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
7. Web analytics with Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, I use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics helps me understand how the website is used so that I can improve its content.
Cookies are stored on your device (“_ga” and “_ga_<ID>”, lifetime up to 2 years) and usage data is processed, for example pages visited, time spent, origin of the visit (referrer), browser, operating system, device type, approximate location (derived from the IP address) and a random identifier. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google signals and personalised advertising features are disabled.
The data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; an adequacy decision of the EU Commission therefore applies to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Google.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Section 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer; the analytics cookies are then deleted. The data is automatically deleted after 2 months.

8. Fonts
The fonts “Manrope” and “Cormorant Garamond” are hosted locally on this server. No connection to Google or other font providers is established when the website is accessed.
9. Links to external websites
This website contains simple links to my profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram and to an e-paper on Yumpu. These are not plugins: you are only forwarded to the respective provider when you click a link. Their privacy policies then apply.
10. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
11. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
12. Changes
I update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
